Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Join Eaton as a Senior Finance Analyst, supporting the plant and region finance team for the Ankara (Sincan & Temelli) facilities. You will bridge accounting and FP&A, guiding financial performance and asset protection.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency across business units.
• Analyse operational cost data, providing insights for cost efficiency, pricing strategy and overall performance.
• Collaborate with Zone Controlling, Accounting, Sales, Operations, SCM and HR to deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor revenue recognition, cost allocations and margins, maintaining integrity of plant financial reports.
• Manage daily outbound logistics, create deliveries, generate customer invoices and control monthly freight costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and proficient in US GAAP and SOX compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP and other finance IT systems.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Familiarity with Power‑BI (plus).
• Understanding of US GAAP reporting guidelines and SOX framework.
