Senior Finance and Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Senior Finance and Accounting Specialist will lead accounting operations, ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accounting operations and manage monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial reports, lead relations with tax authorities, and ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Conduct budget and forecast analysis, monitor variances, and assist with statutory reporting, audits, and financial analysis.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues promptly, and analyze financial results to provide clear explanations and management insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a growing corporate environment.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and tax regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with ERP systems and ERP migrations or implementations.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
