EY Turkey is seeking a Senior Finance Consultant to join its Business Consulting – Finance team. The role focuses on driving financial transformation for clients, improving finance organization effectiveness, and delivering strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance work streams and design sustainable solutions to enhance client finance operations.
• Continuously improve engagement efficiency by applying methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver final client deliverables, workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with the project manager.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage interactions with client personnel.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Conduct market research, support proposal development, and spot business opportunities.

• Proven experience in finance consulting or related financial advisory roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex financial challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
