Senior Information Management Associate

About the role

The Senior Information Management Associate supports the production, analysis and dissemination of migration‑related data for IOM Turkey. Working under the Senior National MEAL Officer, the role collaborates with internal teams in Ankara and Gaziantep as well as external partners to ensure data quality and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the production and dissemination of information on populations of concern.
• Operationalise central data standards in field operations.
• Collect, compile, analyse and report migration‑related data.
• Maintain and improve data management systems and databases.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to verify data accuracy.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Demography, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with at least four years of relevant experience; or school diploma with six years of experience.
• Minimum four years of proven experience managing and using business intelligence (BI) software.
• Minimum four years of experience with information‑management tools such as Power BI, Kobo Toolbox, Microsoft Forms, Excel, Access, Python or similar enterprise database systems.
