Senior IT Procurement Specialist

About the role

CoreX Holding is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Specialist to join its headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating and managing contracts for software, hardware, cloud services and other IT solutions across the global organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT vendor negotiations, manage complex contracts and service level agreements.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Oversee supplier selection, performance tracking and relationship management.
• Coordinate procurement processes for SAP modules (FI, MM, PM, QM, HR SF, PP) and related services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies based on market trends and financial indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement, covering software, hardware, cloud services and infrastructure.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP, especially MM module (including FI, PM, QM, HR SF, PP).
• Proficiency with e‑procurement tools and platforms.
• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Ability to perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and cost modelling.
• Strong understanding of IT licensing models (Microsoft, SAP, SaaS) and vendor management.
