Senior Logistics Budget & Operational Performance Manager

About the role

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Senior Logistics Budget & Operational Performance Manager to lead budgeting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement across its logistics and supply chain functions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive cost optimisation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the logistics operational budget with high accuracy, ensuring timely planning, tracking, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Monitor and manage key operational KPIs across industrial, logistics, customer service and inventory functions, driving continuous performance improvement.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and ensure timely achievement of targeted operational and financial KPIs.
• Partner with IT and OT teams to design, develop and implement digital and operational software solutions that enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations with strong focus on warehouse and logistics management in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end operational performance through data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytical tools for performance measurement.
• Experience using performance management systems and digital solutions to support operational excellence.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
