Senior Manager – Accommodation Revenue Optimization (Turkey & Balkans)

About the role

This senior manager position is responsible for continuously improving the commercial terms we secure for accommodation across Turkey and the Balkans. You will lead a team of around 25 colleagues, negotiate contracts, and drive ongoing value creation for TUI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue‑management strategies for the assigned region, setting clear objectives and performance standards.
• Lead strategic availability‑management frameworks to optimise inventory control, distribution and revenue opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to shape offers, availability decisions and renegotiation opportunities.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships with key hotel chains and partners, creating long‑term commercial partnerships.
• Coach, mentor and develop a team of Accommodation Revenue Managers to deliver commercial excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience negotiating accommodation contracts and commercial terms on behalf of a buyer (tour operator, bedbank, OTA, etc.).
• Track record of continuously improving existing agreements through active renegotiation.
• Leadership experience managing a comparable‑size team and developing people into confident negotiators.
• Deep knowledge of the Turkey and/or Balkans accommodation market with established hotel contacts.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement, able to balance opportunity, risk and profitability.
