Senior Managing Consultant – Cybersecurity Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is expanding its cybersecurity portfolio and needs a senior leader to drive growth in this strategic segment. As the Senior Managing Consultant for Cybersecurity Business Development, you will own the P&L for Mastercard’s cyber offerings, shaping strategy, leading sales, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, data‑driven solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial growth of Mastercard’s cybersecurity business, managing revenue targets and P&L responsibility.
• Facilitate cross‑sell opportunities between Recorded Future, Risk Recon, and Mastercard’s consulting services.
• Oversee sales enablement, including creation of collateral, pitch decks, training, and pipeline visibility for Services Business Leads.
• Align product, sales, consulting, and marketing teams around new launches and revenue goals.
• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles for consulting bundles and generate referrals and leads for managed accounts.
• Monitor lead funnel health, report on integration progress, and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in cybersecurity sales or business development.
• Strong track record of managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on client impact and market expansion.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and threat intelligence.
• Experience with consulting‑style sales engagements.
• Ability to develop and present sales collateral and pitch materials.
