Senior Medical Manager

About the role

The Senior Medical Manager will act as the scientific bridge between the Sales & Marketing teams and the market, ensuring that medical information is accurately communicated and that product strategies align with clinical evidence. Reporting to the Medical Group Manager, you will support the launch and growth of pharmaceutical products across key therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver medical product training sessions and develop supporting training materials.
• Present product information to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals during group activities.
• Provide scientific support to the marketing team for campaign development and messaging.
• Engage with key opinion leaders in the field to gather insights and foster relationships.
• Develop and implement medical strategies that drive sales and market share targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of national and international developments in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Ability to read, evaluate, and apply scientific publications.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of English.
