About the role
The Senior Performance Marketing Executive will implement and execute paid search campaigns in line with the agreed strategy, aiming to meet and exceed client performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns, supervising junior staff.
- Liaise with vendors and third‑party representatives to maintain relationships and stay informed on new features and betas.
- Interpret performance reports to deliver actionable insights and analysis to achieve campaign objectives.
- Coach and develop junior staff, overseeing their projects and daily activities.
- Build strong relationships across the client services team and with the client.
Required profile
- Experience in managing paid search campaigns and supervising junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
