Senior Producer (PC)

About the role

Devotion Interactive, a Turkish game publisher that also develops its own games, is looking for a Senior Producer to own the end-to-end production of every in-house game. You will manage schedules, scope and resources across several parallel projects and keep code, art, design, audio and QA aligned. You report directly to company leadership and will be the first to know where each project stands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own roadmaps, milestones and delivery schedules for internal projects
• Run sprint planning, backlog prioritization and task tracking across disciplines (Notion / Google Sheets)
• Plan resource and capacity allocation, spot bottlenecks and risks early and propose solutions
• Drive scope decisions with clear recommendations on what to cut, defer or prioritize
• Plan and ship external deliveries on time: builds, playtests, demos and Steam Next Fest
• Align launch schedules with publishing, marketing and community teams
• Deliver weekly project status, risk and budget reports to leadership
• Standardize production processes and tools, and lead the build-out of the producer structure as the team grows

Required profile

• 3+ years in the games industry, at least 2 as a producer or development director
• At least one game shipped as a producer, from pre-production to launch (with credits or a store link)
• Managed production for a multidisciplinary team of 10+ people
• Experience running multiple projects at once
• Comfortable speaking English day-to-day, with regular calls to platform partners and external teams
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) for planning, reporting and documentation
• Based in Istanbul

• Multiple indie/AA launches on Steam, with strong command of Steamworks and Steam events
• Console certification and submission processes (PlayStation / Xbox / Nintendo)
• Early Access or live ops management
• Outsourcing partner management (art, audio, porting)
• Production experience in simulation, co-op or horror games
