About the role
We are a globally expanding software technology company helping brands communicate more effectively with their audiences. We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our team and contribute to high‑end solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out analysis processes based on customer needs and requirements.
- Prepare detailed basic and technical analysis documents.
- Develop and execute test scenarios for projects.
- Organize user training activities.
- Plan live project roll‑outs after testing and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Maintain and update product user guides.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Business Analyst on software projects.
- Strong analytical abilities and continuous learning mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience working with agile methods and Scrum.
