Senior Product Manager – Consumer Lending Analytics

About the role

Shape the future of consumer lending through data and AI as a Senior Product Manager within ING's Retail Banking Analytics team. You will own the lifecycle of data‑driven products that support credit decisioning, pricing, collections and related lending capabilities across ING’s international retail banking network.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for consumer lending analytics, balancing customer value, commercial performance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, credit risk and business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into measurable products.
• Prioritise initiatives based on impact, feasibility and customer needs, using experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
• Lead the development of credit decisioning, pricing and collections solutions that are used across multiple European markets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, data science, business analysis or consulting.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS or Computer Science.
• Proven track record delivering data, analytics or AI‑driven products.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience working with analytical teams and turning insights into product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
