Senior Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

As the Senior Quality Control Supervisor you will lead and enhance quality assurance and control operations at our manufacturing facility in Saray, Tekirdağ. You will ensure strict compliance with product standards, drive continuous improvement, and resolve quality‑related customer issues to maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, schedule and mentor the Quality Control team, managing workload distribution, staff planning and on‑the‑job training.
• Audit quality control processes, safety practices and 5S/recycling activities to ensure compliance with product standards.
• Create, update and enforce company procedures and quality documentation across operations.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and develop strategies to optimise safety, cost, quality, inventory and workflow stability.
• Manage departmental budgeting, production flow and resolve customer complaints through end‑to‑end investigation and cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quality control/assurance experience in a textile manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring and departmental management.
