Senior Sales Specialist (English & Russian)

About the role

Grand Clinic, a medical tourism provider based in Istanbul, Turkey, is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist fluent in English and Russian. The role manages international patient inquiries, builds relationships with potential patients and drives sales growth in the medical tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and inquiries from international patients via WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels
• Communicate with English- and Russian-speaking patients, understand their needs and present suitable treatment options
• Follow up with potential patients and convert leads into sales
• Guide patients through the sales process, from first contact to appointment confirmation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales in the CRM system
• Monitor follow-ups and ensure a high standard of communication and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth patient journey

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in medical tourism, healthcare, dental clinics or a related field
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
• Strong follow-up, customer relationship management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales KPIs
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented; able to work both in a team and independently

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and other sales communication tools
• Sales and lead conversion
