Senior Specialist – Domestic Tax & Incentive

About the role

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş., the Turkish sales and marketing arm of Beko’s brands, is seeking a Senior Specialist in Domestic Tax & Incentive. You will join the Accounting Directorate and support the company’s tax compliance, incentive management, and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor recent and upcoming tax regulation changes and assess impact.
• Analyse, evaluate, and implement tax procedures to ensure compliance.
• Respond to inquiries from public authorities, tax inspectors, auditors, and internal business units.
• Prepare and submit VAT, Special Consumption Tax, withholding tax, and other tax filings on time and accurately.
• Control foreign invoices for tax compliance and prepare VAT refund lists with supporting documentation.
• Manage tax compliance processes for Beko and its subsidiaries.
• Provide tax consultancy on projects and new business models.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, audit or accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• CPA or public accountant certification is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with strong analytical abilities.
