Senior Specialist, Product Management, Security Solutions

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Product Management will support the development, positioning, adoption and regional coordination of Risk & Resilience solutions across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on translating cybersecurity capabilities into customer‑focused product strategies and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as business owner for cybersecurity product strategy across EEMEA, providing market intelligence, customer insights and regional coordination to Global Product teams.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities and enhance product awareness through research and analysis.
• Develop customer‑centric solution bundles, value propositions and market‑relevant positioning frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management and Global Product teams to deliver customer insights and support strategic opportunities.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI‑driven solutions and automation, assessing their application within Mastercard’s cybersecurity portfolio.
• Provide market feedback, analytical support and pricing considerations to Global Product teams.
• Monitor product performance metrics, prepare business insights and contribute to product evolution.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity market, threat intelligence, fraud prevention and digital identity solutions.
• Experience engaging with customers and prospects to gather market intelligence and validate opportunities.
• Ability to develop business cases, value propositions and quantify customer value.
• Proven capability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and regional teams.
