Senior Store Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Store Sales Representative works full‑time on‑site at our boutique in Etiler, Istanbul. You will greet customers, understand their floral needs, and guide them through subscriptions, custom arrangements, and event orders while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, by phone and online, and provide expert advice on flower selections.
• Process in‑store sales transactions, handle cash and point‑of‑sale operations.
• Coordinate order details with the design team and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage inventory levels.
• Prepare basic flower arrangements and support larger event‑related orders.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service quality and sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building skills with fluent English and Turkish communication.
• Retail or boutique experience, preferably in floristry, gifts or lifestyle brands.
• Basic knowledge of floral products or a keen interest in learning about flowers and event décor.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple subscriptions and event requests.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift flower buckets and maintain store presentation.
• Comfort with simple digital tools for order entry, scheduling and customer communication; social‑media familiarity is a plus.
• Proactive, dependable work style focused on teamwork and problem‑solving.
• Prior senior or lead sales experience is preferred; vocational training in retail or hospitality is beneficial.
