About the role
The Senior Style Advisor creates memorable luxury shopping experiences, acting as a brand ambassador for Zegna. You will build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service, storytelling, and expert styling advice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in‑store customer service following the Zegna selling flow and mindset.
- Develop deep product knowledge to advise customers on styling, total looks, and made‑to‑measure services.
- Manage customer relationships, capture accurate CRM data, and follow up with post‑sale communications.
- Maintain visual standards, support visual merchandising, and ensure store presentation aligns with Zegna guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team, train new staff, and contribute to achieving sales KPIs and targets.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a pleasant, well‑groomed appearance.
- Passion for the retail industry and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
- High school qualification or equivalent.
