Senior System Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

Ticimax, a leading e‑commerce platform, is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join its hybrid team in Kozyatağı. You will be responsible for designing, managing and optimizing the company’s on‑premises infrastructure while collaborating with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain servers, storage, networks and security components.
• Monitor and optimise performance of Linux‑based environments using tools such as Zabbix.
• Develop and execute backup, upgrade and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and Python scripts.
• Manage essential services including DNS, DHCP, file servers and certificate management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional system administration experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex production issues.
• Good level of English communication.
• Curious, eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
