Senior Tele‑Sales Representative – USA Market

About the role

Medipol Healthcare Group is seeking a motivated Senior Tele‑Sales Representative to lead its USA market outreach within the International Patient Services department. You will act as the primary liaison for American patients, guiding them from initial contact through the completion of their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with USA‑based patients.
• Understand patient needs, present Medipol’s healthcare solutions, and convert inquiries into booked treatments.
• Prepare personalized treatment plans and price quotations in coordination with medical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Bitrix24 CRM.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships to ensure a high‑quality patient experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical tourism, healthcare sales, or tele‑sales, preferably serving the USA market.
• Result‑oriented, energetic, and able to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
