SEO GEO Associate – Part-Time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time SEO / GEO Associate to join our Kadıköy office and support the organic and AI‑driven digital visibility of our brands. The role blends traditional on‑page SEO with emerging generative engine optimization (GEO) for AI‑powered search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑page SEO optimisation, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URL structure and internal linking.
• Create, edit and optimise website content according to SEO best practices and AI‑search requirements.
• Conduct keyword and search‑intent research, and support content strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Research topics and competitors to identify new content opportunities and structure content for both search engines and generative platforms.
• Implement and optimise structured data and other technical SEO elements, collaborating with engineering via Git‑based workflows.
• Monitor SEO/GEO developments, algorithm changes and emerging AI‑search trends, and support basic performance tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong written English and good written Turkish.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of SEO principles, including keywords, search intent, on‑page elements and internal linking.
• Interest in AI, generative search and the evolving search ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently, follow content guidelines and collaborate with technical teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Basic knowledge of Git‑based workflows, Pull Requests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort with digital tools, Markdown‑based content systems and Git‑backed CMS platforms.
