SEO & GEO Specialist for International Health Tourism

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & GEO Specialist to lead the international digital presence of our health tourism brand. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy, optimise multilingual content, and ensure visibility on emerging AI‑driven platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, and multilingual architecture (English, Arabic, Russian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Romanian, German).
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for GCC, CIS, Europe and Africa markets.
• Implement structured data (schema markup) and hreflang tags to improve AI visibility and rich results.
• Drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.
• Monitor LLM‑generated brand mentions and create correction/amplification strategies.
• Collaborate with content, development and partnership teams to keep all digital touchpoints SEO‑ and GEO‑ready.
• Track KPIs (organic traffic, AI platform mentions, domain authority) and produce actionable reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in healthcare or medical tourism.
• Strong understanding of GEO principles and AI‑driven search ranking.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Excellent written English (C1+); additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian) are a plus.
• Experience with schema markup, hreflang implementation and YMYL/EEAT best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, international team.
