Service Engineer – Medical X‑ray Systems

About the role

XERA Medical Systems and Technology designs and manufactures X‑ray systems used worldwide. As a Service Engineer you will be the primary point of contact on‑site, ensuring successful installation, commissioning, and long‑term operation of these critical medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of on‑site installation, commissioning, and performance verification of X‑ray systems at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues to minimise equipment downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, safety checks and radiation compliance inspections.
• Provide technical training and operational guidance to customers.
• Document field issues, improvement opportunities and service history in structured reports for R&D and Quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to diagnose complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills to build customer trust and explain technical matters clearly.
• Proactive attitude, good judgment under pressure and willingness to continuously learn.
• Native‑level Turkish and advanced English proficiency.
• Valid driver's license (manual transmission preferred).
