Service Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive service‑related sales growth through technical expertise, market insight, and strong customer engagement across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyse trends and pricing benchmarks, and develop long‑term service sales strategies.
• Identify, pre‑qualify and develop sales leads, review RFQs, prepare competitive proposals and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with business units, factory managers and internal teams to create technically sound, commercially attractive solutions and ensure SLA fulfillment.
• Maintain CRM data, sales forecasts and deliver technical/commercial presentations to customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machinery and automation, preferably with separators, decanters and homogenizers.
• Proven track record of revenue and profit growth, strong commercial mindset and ability to travel extensively (60‑80%).
• Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work across cultures and geographies.

Required skills

• Experience with separators, decanters and homogenizers in dairy, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, beverage, marine or energy sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP C4C or similar CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
