About the role
The Site Chief will lead construction activities at the Artvin Yusufeli Mining Plant Project, ensuring delivery according to scope, schedule, cost and quality. This senior position reports to senior management and coordinates all on‑site stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all construction, testing and commissioning activities on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and local stakeholders while monitoring schedule, budget, risks and progress.
- Ensure continuous compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
Required profile
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience on large‑scale mining or industrial plant projects.
- Proven experience as a Site Chief or senior project manager, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of OHS, environmental legislation, EIA processes and stakeholder management.
Required skills
- NATM tunnel construction.
- Ground improvement, retaining structures, slope stabilization and drainage.
- Construction and commissioning of large industrial plants.
