Site Reliability Engineer – Platform Team

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will ensure the reliability, availability and performance of critical investment platforms. You will work hands‑on in production, handling incidents, automating processes and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of production systems and incident response.
• Automate repetitive tasks and implement infrastructure‑as‑code solutions.
• Improve monitoring, alerting and reliability practices.
• Support production deployments, including off‑hours releases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to standardise and simplify the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps or Production Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Hands‑on scripting experience with Bash and/or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Pipelines).
• Proven track record in on‑call rotations, incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
