About the role

Support Controlling activities through financial and operational data analysis, reporting, and forecasting while contributing to budget planning and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support Controlling activities through data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to budget planning and improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Explore AI and automation tools to simplify Controlling tasks.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and digital tools for faster business insights.
• Analyze workflows to identify digitalization, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Controlling, data analytics, process improvement, and AI.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest or experience with Power BI, Python, and AI‑powered solutions.
