Smart Start Digitalization & Process Improvement Engineer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Bursa as a Smart Start Digitalization & Process Improvement Engineer Intern. You will support the digital transformation of administrative services such as catering, personnel transportation, cleaning, and internal mail, helping the company deliver faster, smarter services to its employees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of user‑centric applications, portals, and AI solutions for internal services.
• Identify and develop AI‑driven improvement opportunities, contributing to prototype solutions.
• Create business insights and management dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Support route‑optimization projects for personnel transportation.
• Participate in problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement activities across the department.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
