Sneaker Maker (Co‑creation Specialist)

About the role

The Sneaker Maker joins Golden Goose’s Istanbul store to lead the co‑creation experience, turning customers’ ideas into unique, handcrafted sneakers that reflect the brand’s heritage and personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized sneaker concepts using drawing, illustration, watercolor, acrylic, embroidery and basic sewing techniques.
• Guide customers through the entire co‑creation journey, ensuring brand storytelling and values are consistently communicated.
• Support the sales process by proactively cross‑selling and up‑selling, contributing to store targets.
• Manage pre‑sale and post‑sale activities, including inventory handling, customer loyalty initiatives and registration on the Golden App.
• Maintain the co‑creation area according to visual‑merchandising standards and ensure compliance with GDPR, health and safety, and store operational procedures.
• Utilise digital tools such as the Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore and Stealth to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma minimum; design‑related education preferred.
• Strong artistic ability with experience in hand‑drawing, painting and basic garment construction.
• Excellent communication, empathy and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Xstore retail system.
• Familiarity with the Golden App for customer management.
