Software Developer – CRM & Loyalty Systems

About the role

We are building scalable systems and shaping the technical evolution of our Loyalty & CRM platform. The Software Developer will design, build, and evolve Loyalty and CRM solutions while collaborating closely with product and business teams. This role is part of a transformation from legacy systems to a modern, cloud‑native microservices architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for the Loyalty & CRM platform.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern engineering practices.
• Own the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with analysts and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Work with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems across multiple services.
• Support and extend existing frontend applications (React) when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Participate in the ongoing microservices transformation of a multi‑tenant Loyalty & CRM platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (Spring Cloud is a plus).
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling (Oracle is a plus).
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Basic to intermediate experience with frontend technologies, preferably React.
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and caching systems (Redis) is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience or exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in English.
