Software QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our web and mobile commerce solutions. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable user experiences for fast‑growing and enterprise brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Execute regression, integration, smoke and acceptance tests.
• Create, maintain and improve test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, document and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate new features before production releases and verify bug fixes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and Designers.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and overall product quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA or testing.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Postman (or similar API testing tool).
• Jira (or similar project‑management tool).
• REST API testing.
• SQL.
• Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• iOS and Android mobile testing.
• Automation testing tools.
