Software Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Software Sales Specialist to join our partner’s growing team in Istanbul. In this position you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to nurturing existing accounts, helping to expand the reach of our software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales activities in line with targets set by the Sales Management team.
• Conduct phone calls and face‑to‑face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations.
• Manage quotations, contracts, and follow‑up on the sales process.
• Initiate first contact with prospects and create new accounts.
• Develop creative ideas to promote products and services.
• Deliver internal presentations on sales and marketing activities.
• Perform competitor analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales.
• Experience in customer relationship and account management.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid process‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven reporting.
• Good command of English (preferred).
• Currently residing in Istanbul and no military service obligation.
• Experience selling SAP, ERP, HR, or accounting software is a strong plus.
