Solution Sales Account Manager

About the role

Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings as a Solution Sales Account Manager to drive growth through consultative selling of fire safety, security, building automation and digitalisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with customers, consultants, planners and market influencers.
• Identify, qualify and manage new business opportunities, building a healthy sales pipeline.
• Translate customer challenges into value‑driven technical and commercial solutions and influence project specifications early.
• Prepare competitive proposals, lead presentations, workshops and business reviews with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance, procurement, legal and operations teams and support contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of fire safety, security and/or building automation systems.
• Experience in solution selling, business development and customer relationship management.
• Understanding of digital technologies, cloud platforms, data‑driven services and AI‑enabled applications.
• Strong commercial acumen, business case development, communication and negotiation skills.
