About the role

We are looking for a motivated Final Assembly Test and Packaging Operator to join our production line in Istanbul. You will work at the heart of our elevator‑technology manufacturing process, ensuring motor drives are assembled, tested and packaged to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Request and organize materials from the warehouse, verify completeness, and start production on the line.
• Assemble, test and package motor drive units according to specifications.
• Report line faults to the Unit Manager and follow up on corrective actions.
• Follow the monthly production schedule, complete assembly, testing and packaging steps, and update the Logistics unit.
• Work at the pace of the line and coordinate with fellow operators.
• Inspect product labels against serial numbers and ensure label counts match production output.
• Participate in annual inventory counts when required.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Graduated from a vocational school or technical high school in Electrical, Electrical‑Electronics or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in production or assembly environments.
• Familiarity with electrical switchgear and electronic components.
• Proficient with hand tools such as corded drills and screwdrivers.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Highly organized, disciplined and capable of planning work effectively.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Male candidates should have completed mandatory military service.
