Spa Cleaning Attendant

About the role

The Spa Cleaning Attendant supports the Spa & Wellness team in daily operations at Four Seasons Istanbul, ensuring a clean, organized and welcoming environment for guests. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a luxury spa setting while developing hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa, fitness and guest areas.
• Assist guests with basic information, directions and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and monitor spa amenities, equipment and supplies such as towels, robes and products.
• Support basic administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow hygiene, safety and Four Seasons service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• Basic conversational English for daily guest interaction.
• Interest in spa, fitness and wellness environments.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness and willingness to learn.
