Spa Receptionist (Turkish & English)

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Spa Receptionist at our Ankara location, providing exceptional front‑desk service for guests in both Turkish and English. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth scheduling, payment processing, and a welcoming atmosphere for all spa visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule individual and group spa services using the reservation software.
• Call guests to confirm appointments and answer service‑related questions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation and cancellation lists, notifying providers of any changes.
• Check‑in guests, verify identity, and give a brief orientation of spa facilities.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services, handling cash tips and processing payments securely.
• Balance daily receipts, scan documents, and forward them to Accounting.

Required profile

• Good command of English (Turkish also required).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
• Interest in a long‑term career in hospitality or spa services.

Required skills

• Experience with spa reservation software.
