Specialist Engineer – R&D

About the role

Join Beko’s R&D Directorate as a Specialist Engineer focused on research and development of home appliances. You will work on digital modeling, structural design, and CAE tool usage to support innovative product development.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on digital modeling, structural design activities and CAE tool usage (Hyperworks preferred), including AI‑based design tool benchmarking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to meet project milestones and manage the squad’s CAE activities.
• Prepare design studies, experimental setups, test plans and evaluation reports for the assigned squad.
• Ensure technical documentation, patent applications and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Support innovation and product development by working with internal stakeholders throughout the structural design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in project‑based R&D environments, preferably in the home‑appliances sector.
• General knowledge of mechanical design principles, structural analysis and product development processes.
