Spiral Sales Project Manager

About the role

Based at NOKSEL's Ankara headquarters, the Spiral Sales Project Manager will lead domestic and international sales projects from contract award through final delivery, ensuring coordination across commercial, operational, quality, logistics and financial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage spiral sales projects from order intake to final delivery, coordinating quotation, tender, contract and execution processes.
• Monitor timelines, milestones and deliverables, aligning all relevant departments.
• Lead customer communication throughout the project lifecycle as the primary contact.
• Coordinate procurement, production, quality control, logistics and shipment activities.
• Handle contract administration, documentation, compliance, and payment processes including letters of credit and guarantees.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans, preparing regular reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, sales operations or export operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs, export processes, contract management and tender procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with letters of credit and international payment methods (preferred).
