About the role
As a Staff Embedded Software Engineer on Analog Devices' Digital Healthcare Disease Management team, you will lead the creation of embedded software platforms that enable health monitoring, disease management, and digital biomarker applications for wearable and medical devices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of complex embedded software systems for digital healthcare.
- Drive integration of healthcare algorithms and ensure regulatory, clinical, and commercial compliance.
- Collaborate with algorithm, biomedical, hardware, and system engineering teams to translate research into scalable products.
- Mentor technical talent and influence cross‑functional technical decisions.
Required skills
- Embedded Systems Architecture
- Hardware‑Software Integration
- System‑on‑Chip (SoC) development and optimization
- Real‑time signal processing and sensor fusion for physiological data
- Performance and power optimization for memory, latency, and battery life
- Technical leadership and cross‑functional influence
- Software licensing knowledge (open‑source, proprietary, hybrid)
- CI/CD pipeline experience
