About the role
Raffles Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Steward to join its hotel kitchen team. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while supporting a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all kitchen areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning, waste handling, and stock replenishment.
- Monitor and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, dynamic team.
- Minimum secondary education and 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Willingness to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
