We are seeking a Stewarding Manager who leads with empathy and authentic human connection. The role is built on truly seeing people, understanding them as unique individuals, and designing personal experiences for colleagues, guests, owners, operators, community members and shareholders. Key responsibilities
- Manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient and productive cost centre.
- Maintain an organized and clean back‑of‑house area within Food and Beverage operations.
- Provide all kitchens, outlets and banquet areas with clean operating equipment, aligned with expected business levels.
Required profile
- Demonstrated commitment to caring for people as unique individuals.
- Ability to oversee a department focused on cost efficiency, cleanliness and high‑quality service.
- Engaged and authentic approach to leadership.
