Store Manager - Calvin Klein Izmir (İstinyepark)

About the role

PVH, the growth platform for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, is looking for a Store Manager for its Calvin Klein store in Izmir (İstinyepark). The role centres on delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing the store team and improving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set and enforce customer experience standards, and fix issues through feedback, training and coaching of sales staff
• Build relationships with neighbouring businesses for go-to-market initiatives and run competitor analysis
• Follow trends and understand customer profiles through media and local community engagement
• Develop and oversee the professional growth of store personnel, define training needs with Deputies, manage performance evaluations, propose development plans and lead recruitment
• Qualify the Area Manager on FTE and role requirements, and oversee workforce planning handled by Deputies
• Coordinate store priorities regularly, taking into account the retail calendar and project timelines
• Analyse business performance with data from the Business Analyst and act on it to improve sales and KPIs

Required profile

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a structured environment
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong business acumen, communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
