Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

The Store Manager leads the İzmir İstinyepark location, responsible for overall store performance, guest experience, and team development. This role ensures the store meets sales targets, maintains visual standards, and builds strong community connections.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales, profit & loss, and budget goals while managing inventory and visual merchandising.
• Hire, develop, and retain a diverse team, fostering an inclusive culture and providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, address escalations, and promote product education.
• Build brand awareness through community partnerships, local events, and ambassador relationships.
• Plan and execute quarterly and seasonal strategies, including labor scheduling and budget control.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on inclusion, integrity, and ethical behavior.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven business acumen, able to interpret P&L statements, budgets, and sales forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead change and motivate teams.
