Store Supervisor – Aliée Istanbul

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our luxury lifestyle store at Aliée Istanbul. You will ensure a high‑quality, personalized shopping experience for our guests while maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store daily, handling all cash procedures accurately.
• Welcome guests, provide personalized assistance, and manage sales transactions.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper product display, and support regular stock counts.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with relevant hotel departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, luxury hospitality, boutique or similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of store operations and pay great attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and genuine passion for luxury service.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
