About the role

The Sales Leader, Strategic Key Accounts drives growth and strategic direction for Philips' most important customers, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and ensuring long‑term revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement high‑impact strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue from key accounts.
• Cultivate executive‑level relationships, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
• Lead large‑scale, complex projects for key accounts, ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate high‑value contracts and create tailored account management plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product development, delivery) to provide exceptional solutions.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on account performance and market trends.
• Represent Philips at industry events and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development within the healthcare/medical devices sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the medical devices market.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and customer‑centric mindset.
• Fluent in English and the local language.

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
