Structured Finance Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Structured & Project Finance professional to join the TEB CCIB Group. The role involves originating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex financing transactions while working closely with coverage and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with coverage and sales teams to originate and execute new deals.
• Perform financial analysis, cash‑flow modelling and other research required for transaction structuring.
• Manage the credit process, prepare credit applications, conduct due‑diligence and present proposals to credit committees at TEB and BNP Paribas.
• Ensure transactions are risk‑mitigated, compliant with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts, coordinating deal teams across multiple transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management or Accounting (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 2‑5 years of experience for Assistant Manager or 5+ years for Manager in corporate financial analysis or structured finance.
• Strong financial literacy, credit analysis and ability to build pro‑forma models, including sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
