Summer Internship 2027: Human Resources

About the role

Procter & Gamble is offering a 10-week summer internship in Human Resources at its Istanbul General Office, running on site between July and September 2027. The programme is aimed at people who want to develop people and lead change within a company that owns globally known brands such as Gillette, Prima, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B. Interns work on real projects from day one, with ownership of at least one or two big projects, and receive mentoring and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Work on HR projects covering Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & Communications, Equality & Inclusion and Learning & Development.
• Take ownership of at least one or two major projects during the 10 weeks.
• Learn HR practices through hands-on projects, learning and development opportunities and supportive mentors and coaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree expected by 2028.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills, with a passion to learn and grow.
• Ability to collaborate well in a multicultural environment.
