Supplier Business Development Manager – Semiconductors (AMD/Xilinx)

About the role

A global leader in semiconductor distribution is hiring a Supplier Business Development Manager in Istanbul or Ankara, Turkey, with a hybrid arrangement. You will drive growth for a portfolio of leading semiconductor suppliers, focusing on AMD/Xilinx technologies, rather than holding a traditional sales territory. About 90% of your work is in Turkey, with occasional support across parts of the Middle East and Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for assigned semiconductor suppliers.
• Drive market development activities across Turkey and identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support and coach Account Managers and Field Application Engineers on product positioning and customer opportunities.
• Deliver supplier updates, product training and market intelligence to internal teams.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews, including presentations, action plans and performance analysis.
• Build relationships with key supplier partners and strategic customers, and support supplier events, customer workshops and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Current role such as Business Development Manager, Technical Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Supplier Manager or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronic component distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the Turkish electronics and semiconductor market.
• Fluent English; experience with AMD/Xilinx products is highly advantageous.
