Supply Chain Assistant (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Motul, a global lubricant manufacturer founded in 1853, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join its Supply Chain team at the Motul Turkey head office in Ataşehir. The role supports day-to-day operations, including customer order processing, shipment coordination and documentation management. It is a fixed-term position with a hybrid working model of four days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders in SAP and create outbound deliveries, coordinating shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) partners
• Support invoicing and carry out routine invoice checks
• Monitor daily warehouse and transportation activities and follow up with logistics partners
• Maintain and update operational data in SAP and Excel, and prepare regular reports using established templates
• Assist with invoice tracking, document control and general supply chain support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or a related field
• Recent graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage
